I wouldlike to open a sports bar/resaurant and need a liquor license to do so but I have a Felony. Any suggestions?|||Get a partner with a clean record and good credit.
Consider just going beer/wine, easier and cheaper to get plus your liability insurance will be way lower.|||May not be able to get one. Are you married? May have the wife get the liquor license and to have control of the business. Then have a contract with her as to what happens in case of divorce or whatever. If you are still on probation, you may not be able to even work there. You need to find out more about the law in Michigan before entering business where liquor is sold. If you are on probation, talk to the officer.
