How do you find out who protested a liquor license application in South Carolina?

If someone applies for a liquor license a person of the general public or law enforcement has the opportunity to protest the license. They must appear at a hearing and provide detail as to why they filed the protest. This slows up the process of opening up the business and in the end the person does not show up because they don't want their identity revealed. How can I find out who filed the protest. Since it is public knowledge that a liquor license has been applied for, shouldn't it be public knowledge who protests it?|||Not necessarily. The name of person who calls the police to report a crime in progress is not a matter of public record unless he/she is summoned to court so I don't know why the person who protested your liquor license would not be protected.
