How do I obtain a liquor license?

I plan on opening a bar. Where do I need to go to obtain my liquor license? Can anyone give me an estimation on how much it would cost to get one?|||You should contact your local Chamber of Commerce for starters. I can tell you this though, they only have allotments for so many in certain areas. So you might want to check this out before you go much further. If you live in a small town like I do, most of the time the only way to get one is to buy it from another bar that is closing, and they can charge you whatever they want.|||Contact the issuing authorities.
