Is a gas station and a liquor store the same business or different?

I sold a liquor store and the escrow documents state that you cannot buy the same or simliar business within 10 miles of the sold one and now i found a gas station within 10 miles of the liquor store. Please help.

But logically, a liquor store and gas station are completely


different, unless the liquor store sold gas as well when you sold it.|||Surely its different.|||It could possibly be . if the gas station is actually a convience store that also sells beer
