How do I obtain a liquor license?

I am looking to obtain a liquor license in EITHER of these states鈥Y, NJ, and TX





I'm looking for a license to sell bottles not a bar license. I want to become a distributor.|||You have check local state laws - they're all very different - a liquor license in NY is about $500 bucks where here in NJ where I live it would very well be over $100,000...
