What would be an affordable liquor to serve at a college party?

My friend and I are throwing a bash and we want it to be a blowout. What kind of liquor can we get that won't break the budget. |||vodka and rum can go for $10 a gallon. it tastes like hell but if you mix it with orange juice its not so bad

think about everclear as well. its like 150 proof grain alcohol and can be mixed with the vodka and rum with some soda and juice to make JUNGLE JUICE!

if you want to be a little classier, serve some Chivas Regal on the rocks. it isnt too pricey, especially if you stretch it with lots of ice in the glass.|||Mr. Boston Vodka|||Vodka is cheap and can be mixed SO many different ways, with juice of about any kind!!!!!|||definitely Vodka...

Lagermeister...

Tequila...

These are all about $20 or less and you can mix them or drink them straight! : )

Have fun!!!|||bottom shelf, and make large quantities of things like spiked punch.. the guests wont know you didnt spend as much money.

make ciders, hunch punch (bottle of vodka mixed with lots of juices and fruit punch with a bag of frozen pineapple, strawberries, grapes, etc in it- they absorb liquor and guests will eat the fruit)

you could also get a keg of cheap beer.|||turpentine and kerosene always works for me|||Vodka, Phillips is not bad and its bottom-shelf

Boone's Farm! its the college staple. its basically a malt beverage in a big wine bottle, and is very popular in colleges because its sweet and is cheap at around $2 a bottle|||I went to a party and they charged $2.00 for a red Dixie cup. They broke even for 2 kegs and 5 bottles of liquor. get at least 3 btls of flavored Vodka and 2 btls of Rum preferably Captain Morgan. It goes great with Coka Cola. Vodka taste great with vitamin water or any flavor of gatorade.
