It's a waste of money because the nuance of a fine tequila is lost amid all the lime juice and triple sec and it winds up tasting just the same as a cheaper tequila.





If she really loves margaritas, she probably knows how to make them from scratch (MUCH better than any mix). If you have to get her booze, just get her a nice mid priced tequila and a bottle of triple sec. Or better yet, get her a blender that crushes ice so she can make her own frozen margaritas.
