What would happen if caught in the liquor store under age?

OK, here's the situation you walk into the liquor store your 19 but the don't ask you for id on the way in you pick out your liquor and get to the counter and they ask you for id. And you get caught underage. Can you get an MIP or would you just not be able to buy the alcohol?|||You could get MIP and get in trouble for being under 21 in a liquor store.
